Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer, cooked, boned and chopped
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
50 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Arrange chopped chicken in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In a saucepan heat soup and cream cheese until mixed.
Pour over chicken.
Mix crackers and poppy seed and sprinkle over soup mixture.
Drizzle margarine over the crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and slightly browned, about 30 minutes.
