Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed, cooked carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    dash of Worcestershire sauce or paprika (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart ring mold. Set in pan of hot water 1-inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
    Fill center with cooked peas and sauteed mushrooms.
    Serve with egg sauce.
