Harvest Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. (2 c.) uncooked spiral pasta
    3/4 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
    1 c. (about 5 oz.) baby carrots, halved lengthwise
    3/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin bite-sized strips
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (10 oz.) container refrigerated light alfredo sauce
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling water for 4 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts and carrots; cook an additional 9 to 11 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are of desired doneness. Drain; return to pot. Keep covered.
