Elaine'S Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    Mozzarella cheese
    vegies of your choice (broccoli, tomatoes, celery, onions, peppers, mushrooms)
    tortilla chips for dipping
Preparation
    Mix in food processor the cottage cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
    Spread on small cookie sheet or similar tray. Select vegies you like and chop very fine.
    Put on top of dip in rows about 2 inches wide.
    Also, make a row or 2 of Mozzarella. Serve with tortilla or corn chips for dipping.
