One-Pot Buckaroo Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 clove minced garlic
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
    1 (1 lb.) can white kidney beans
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Put altogether in a pan and cook for 2 hours at 350\u00b0 in the oven.
