Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spray muffin tins with Pam.
In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients.
With pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In small bowl, combine milk, egg and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients all at once, stirring just until moistened.
Fold in blueberries and spoon into muffin pans.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
Makes 6 large or 12 small muffins.
