Camp Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken breast
    3 1/2 lb. beef
    3 lb. pork
    5 lb. potatoes, cubed
    2 1/2 qt. tomatoes
    1 1/2 qt. catsup
    1 1/2 lb. onions
    2/3 stick butter
    salt
    a little hot sauce
Preparation
    Cut pork and beef into hunks.
    Cook with chicken breast in a large container.
    Cover well with water.
    When tender, let cool and skim off grease.
    Cook onions and potatoes together.
    Use liquid from the meat.
    Cook tomatoes a few minutes and mash.
    Tear meat into small pieces.
    Mix meat, potatoes, onions and tomatoes.
    Make sure there is enough liquid.
    Add hot sauce and 1 tablespoon \"Moore\" sauce.
    Simmer on low 1 hour.
