Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 cooked cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. sweet pickles
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Combine
    potatoes,
    onion,
    pickles, eggs and celery in large mixing
    bowl.
    Blend mayonnaise, mustard and salt.
    Add to
    potato mixture
    until
    potatoes are well coated.
    May be served in salad bowl or platter lined with lettuce leaves.
