Sweet And Sassy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.), skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. orange marmalade
3 green onions, bias cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 c. grapes, halved
Preparation

Cook chicken in oil until tender.
Combine marmalade, onions, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger.
Remove chicken from skillet, put in marmalade mixture.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Cook 1 more minute.
Add grapes, chestnuts and chicken. Heat through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
