Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. fresh lima beans
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 c. tomato puree
2 Tbsp. melted butter
bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook beans; drain.
Add celery, onion, green pepper and tomato puree.
Season with salt, pepper and melted butter.
Turn into well buttered casserole.
Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until vegetables are tender and brown.
