Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. rich milk, scalded
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg (sprinkled on top)
Preparation
    Scald milk first.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, flour and vanilla.
    Add scalded milk and put in unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake in moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
