Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
1 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
1 c. sliced bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cook chicken in salted water until tender.
Remove meat from bones, combine cornbread crumbs, sliced bread crumbs, onion and about half of eggs and giblets in large mixing bowl.
Pour broth over ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into baking dish. Place chicken and remaining eggs over mixture.
Pour cream of chicken soup over mixture.
Bake approximately 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
