Pork And Zucchini Italiano(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 frozen pork chops or tenderloin
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped or pinch of garlic powder
    3 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium zucchini, sliced and quartered
Preparation
    Trim bone and fat from frozen pork chops and slice meat in 1/8-inch thick strips.
    Saute onion and garlic in 1 teaspoon of oil in large skillet until soft.
    Remove.
    Add 2 teaspoons oil to skillet.
    Cook and stir pork strips over medium heat, 5 to 8 minutes.
    Add zucchini and saute all for 8 more minutes.
    Stir in ketchup, spices and onion and garlic.
    Cook 10 minutes to blend flavors.
    Add salt and pepper as desired.
