Coca-Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.\tIn a saucepan, combine margarine, cocoa and cola and bring to a boil.
Pour over the flour mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla and mix well. Fold in marshmallows and mix well. Batter will be thin. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased cake pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until done. Ice while hot.
