Peg'S Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. cured ham, ground
1 1/2 lb. lean pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. tomato soup
Preparation

Mix crumbs and milk. Let stand 15 minutes. Combine ham and pork, then add crumbs and milk mixture. Add beaten eggs. Shape and place on rack in roasting pan. Spread all tomato soup over top of loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
