Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Mexicorn
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice (Spanish flavor)
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    grated cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Cook rice with 2 cups water.
    Add oleo to cooked rice.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
