Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped, peeled apples
Preparation

Simmer the first 9 ingredients together over medium heat, stirring, for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat; add onion, apples and celery.
Simmer until thick.
