Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1/4 c. salsa
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 zucchini
1/2 c. diced tomatoes
1/2 c. onion
1 frozen pie crust
1 c. cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Bake pie crust in oven for 5 minutes. Dice onion and zucchini.
Place all vegetables in bottom of pie crust.
Mix eggs, milk and salsa together, then pour over vegetables.
Shred cheese and sprinkle on top of eggs and vegetables.
Bake in oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until fork stuck in center comes out clean.
