Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices French bread
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Grease 8-inch square pan.
    Layer bread, cheese, bread and cheese.
    Beat eggs slightly; add milk, mustard and salt.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    Allow to refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, placing pan in larger pan with 1-inch of water in it.
    Bake until puffed and dry on top.
