Apple Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. rounded flour
2 Tbsp. rounded cornstarch
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. softened butter or oleo
1 c. milk
Preparation

Peel and slice 6 to 8 medium apples.
Place in unbaked pie shell.
Make custard.
To beaten eggs, add mixture of flour, cornstarch, sugar and butter.
Then add milk and stir well.
Pour mixture over sliced apples.
Sprinkle mixture of sugar and cinnamon (to taste) over top of pie.
Place foil over pie and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and lower heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 45 minutes or until custard is set.
Make sure pie is baked until custard is completely set.
May take longer than 45 minutes.
