Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain Veg-All and water chestnuts.
    Mix together all ingredients and place in buttered casserole.
    Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
