Salmon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 envelope gelatin
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1/2 Tbsp. dried dill
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1 (7 oz.) can pink salmon, drained
Preparation
    Blend or process first 3 ingredients and set aside.
    Blend next 4 ingredients and add remaining ingredients.
    Blend until well mixed.
    Slowly add first mixture and pour into a 1-quart mold.
    Chill and serve with crackers.
    Recipe can be made with low-fat milk, cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
