Lemon-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 pt. cottage cheese
    1 tall can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool; add milk and chill until partially congealed.
    Stir in cottage cheese with remaining ingredients.
    Serve on lettuce with cinnamon crisp or vegetable things.
