Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 egg yolks
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 c. chopped nuts
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Combine ingredients in order as listed except pecans and egg whites. Beat well. Add pecans. Fold in egg whites. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
