Low-Fat Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 egg whites
    1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    Canola nonstick spray
Preparation
    Spray pie pan with Canola spray.
    Press graham cracker crumbs in bottom of pie pan.
    Blend together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla then add egg whites.
    Blend together; pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then chill.
    Top with fat-free whipped topping. Add fresh fruit to garnish.
