Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    In small bowl, mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water.
    In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup soup mixture with remaining ingredients. Shape into meatballs; brown in shortening in frypan.
    Or, place in glass 12 x 8-inch pan, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 5 minutes, turning dish once.
    Drain fat.
    Pour remaining soup mixture over and simmer 30 minutes, covered, in frypan or return to microwave for 3 more minutes.
