Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 lb. sausage
    1 small onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook grits.
    Cook (in skillet) the sausage, onion and pepper. Drain.
    Layer with cheese (1 cup). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes.
