Easy Peach Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 peaches, peeled and sliced in 9 x 12-inch pan
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oleo/butter
Preparation
    Mix and sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Drop egg in dry ingredients and mix with a fork.
    Sprinkle over fruit.
    Melt butter and dribble over.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until brown and bubbling.
