Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. toasted almonds (plain, slivered are fine)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, hard-boiled and diced
1 can diced pimento
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Mix the soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over all the other ingredients.
Put in buttered baking dish.
Top with crumbled Rice Krispies.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot. Makes 5 servings.
