Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. drained zucchini, grated coarse
1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins (use white ones)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and soda and add to creamed mixture.
Add the zucchini, pineapple, raisins and nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
Makes 2 large loaves.
