Smoked Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded smoked turkey
2 ribs celery, sliced
1/2 c. chopped red onion
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
2 small, tart, green apples, diced
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chutney
4 oz. Neufchatel cheese
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large serving bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients, except pepper. Pour dressing over salad and mix lightly.
Season with pepper. Refrigerate until chilled.
Great served with crackers.
