French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    5 slices bread
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    butter
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Add salt, sugar and milk to beaten egg.
    Dip bread into egg mixture.
    Cook soaked slice of bread on buttered grill or in large skillet.
    Brown on both sides.
    Serve with maple syrup or jelly.
