Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 grated onion
    1 grated carrot or cheese or Parmesan
    1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs (fine)
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Add onion, grated carrot, sour cream and soup.
    Melt margarine and mix with bread crumbs.
    Place 1/2 of bread crumbs in bottom of dish and pour squash mixture over bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
