Tabouleh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracked wheat
    6 tomatoes
    3 bunches parsley
    4 onions
Preparation
    Soak 1 cup fine cracked wheat for 15 minutes.
    Rinse in cold water.
    Squeeze excess water.
    Put in bowl.
    Add chopped tomatoes, parsley and onion.
    Toss with olive oil, lemon and salt.
