Diane'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 medium or small bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    2 (32 oz.) bottles catsup
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, drain off any grease.
    Put the ground beef in crock-pot.
    Pour in the catsup.
    Rinse bottles out with a little water, pour water out of bottles in crock-pot, about a cup or so of water should be enough.
    Add chopped pepper and onion.
    Stir in the mustard, sugar, black pepper and chili powder, stir up. Simmer in crock-pot for about 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Add a little water during cooking if you need to.
