Strawberry Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 large pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 large strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large instant vanilla pudding
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Make yellow cake according to directions on box in round pans. Cool.
    Slice in half horizontally.
    Mix together boiling water and strawberry jello; add thawed strawberries.
    Refrigerate until gels. (Won't really get thick.)
    Make instant vanilla pudding according to directions.
    In punch bowl, pour a ladle of strawberry filling. Then put 1 layer of cake.
    Top with pudding and a heaping tablespoonful of Cool Whip.
    Pour a ladle of strawberry filling, then alternate cake, pudding, Cool Whip, strawberry jello, etc. Refrigerate.
    Before serving, put the rest of the Cool Whip on.
    A hit at parties!
