Chicken Excelsior House - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    garlic powder to taste
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 medium can mushrooms or 1 c. fresh
    dash cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sherry or wine
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder.
    Melt butter and add paprika and lemon juice.
    Roll chicken in butter mixture and place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender. Make sauce of sour cream, wine, mushrooms and pepper.
    Pour over chicken and bake 15 minutes.
