Steak & Pepper Pita'S - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. London Broil (Thinly Sliced)
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Cooking or Dry Sherry
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Medium Green or Red Peppers
1 Medium Onion
1/2 c. Water
3-4 Tbsp Salad Oil
Pita Bread
Preparation

1. In medium bowl mix London Boil, Soy Sauce, Sherry, Cornstarch, Garlic Powder, and Sugar.
Set aside. 2. Cut onion and peppers in thin slices.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat until vegetables are tender crisp.
About 2 minutes.
Remove and set aside vegtables. 3. In same skillet over high heat add 3-4 tablespoons salad oil.
Cook mixture stirring quickly.
When it starts to thicken add water.
When it is almost done add vegetables.
Serve in Pita bread.
