Saag Paneer(Indian Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    1 bay leaf
    1-inch stick cinnamon
    2 whole cloves
    4 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Warm about 4 tablespoons oil in skillet.
    Add cumin seed, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cloves.
    When spices darken (2 to 4 seconds), add chopped onions, garlic and ginger.
    Saute until onions are transparent.
