Cold Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked but not too soft, then cooled
 
4 green onions (with tops)
12 pimento olives, chopped
6 oz. jar artichoke hearts (save juice)
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all of the ingredients and add a small amount of mayonnaise to which a dash of curry powder has been added.
 
Mix well and add some of the artichoke juice, if needed for consistency.
Let stand overnight.
Chicken or shrimp can be added for a
variation of the recipe.
