Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. apples, cored, pared and thinly sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 graham crackers (2 1/2-inch squares) made into crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In small mixing bowl combine apples and lemon juice, tossing to coat; add water, honey and cinnamon, mixing well.
    Transfer to 2 cup casserole; dot with margarine and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
    Bake until apples are soft, 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 servings.
