Cabbage Casserole #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. shredded cabbage *
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery,
    onion and salt.
    In a kettle, cook cabbage for 5 minutes.
    After it starts boiling, drain and add meat mixture.
    Add rice.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
