Tango Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant lemon pudding mix
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, nuts and butter.
    Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes; cool thoroughly. Beat cottage cheese on highest speed of electric mixer until smooth.
    Prepare pudding mix as directed, except use the 1 3/4 cups milk.
    Stir in cottage cheese and lemon peel.
    Pour into cooled crust.
    Top with sour cream.
    Chill several hours.
