Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole green chilies (10 oz.)
    3/4 to 1 lb. cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Oil a baking dish.
    Wash peppers, remove seeds, dry and lay peppers in pan.
    Cover with cheese and eggs.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 36.
