Open Faced Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter (oleo)
Preparation

Mix together and last mix in the 4 beaten egg whites.
Pour in uncooked pie crust.
Bake slow at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour; watch closely. Makes 2 small pies or 1 very large one.
