Ingredients

1/2 lb. dried beef or 1 lb. sweet bologna
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. hot horseradish
Preparation

Soften the cream cheese and mix in horseradish thoroughly. Spread cheese mixture very thin over a slice of meat.
Roll up and cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces and stick with toothpicks.
Chill before serving.
