English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can English peas, drained
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
pimento strips
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well and chill.
Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with pimento strips.
