Country Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Simmer milk, rice and raisins together in a saucepan until rice is tender.
    Beat eggs in a bowl until they are foamy.
    Slowly add the milk to the mixture and the sugar to the eggs and stir. Add the vanilla and salt.
    Return custard mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat.
    Pour into a serving bowl.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
