Squash Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. strained cooked winter squash
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    5 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation
    Put the warm water and sugar into the large bowl of electric mixer.
    Sprinkle yeast into this and allow to stand 5 minutes. Add oil, salt, squash and dry milk.
    Beat well at low speed. Gradually beat in 2 cups of flour.
    Scrape beaters and add the rest of the flour by hand, mixing well.
    Let rise 1 hour.
