Paprika Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. beef bouillon
6 medium potatoes, cleaned
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation

Cook potatoes (cut in cubes) until tender.
Drain.
Heat butter in skillet and saute onion.
Blend in flour, paprika and salt.
Heat until mixture bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Gradually add bouillon stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil.
While beating with a whisk, add small amounts of sour cream and paste mixture. Gently mix potatoes into sauce and cook over low heat, turning constantly, for 3 to 5 minutes.
Do not boil.
Serves 6.
